At Musgrave Pencil Company, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your writing experience. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused pencils in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Tennessee facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
